3. Products & Custom Orders Certain products are made to order and handcrafted. Colors, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly from photos. For custom furniture and quoted items, a separate order agreement or invoice will govern the specific terms of that purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. All prices are in USD. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. For custom orders, pricing is provided via quote prior to production.

5. Shipping Shipping timelines and rates vary by product type. Furniture and large items ship via freight carrier; estimated delivery windows will be provided at the time of order. Restored Space, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details. All furniture and custom-built pieces are final sale.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, copy, and designs — is the property of Restored Space, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Restored Space, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
